Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effectiveness of onboarding processes for new employees and will ensure the positive impressions of the company and working process.
  • Develop HR policy guidance to the team and design new and review existing policies as needed.
  • Be involved in providing all necessary working tools like car leasing, insurance, laptops, and etc.
  • Utilizing your expert HR skills, you’ll have an impact in areas such as organization design, and employee engagement;
  • Be involved in budgeting of the sales team in the EU (business trips, SIM card payments, hotels, petrol and etc).

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree is required;
  • 1-3 years HR experience within a tech organization, preferred;
  • Experience in a general or specialist HR function, preferred
  • Familiarity with HR applications, preferred
  • Analytical skills, and High attention to detail, and accuracy with numbers.
  • Great communicator
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks with attention to detail
  • Upper-Intermediate English.
