Responsibilities:

  • Cashflow responsibility for 10+ countries
  • Business development: aggressive B2B customer acquisition, channel partners development, first-class back office support.
  • Markets analyzing and sales strategy building
  • Relationships building
  • Team management - 15+ people.
  • Sales process development
  • Team building and sales people development
  • Personal involvement in the big deals

Requirements:

  • Have a “money magnet” ;)
  • Sales director position in B2B for 3 years+
  • Experience managing 20 mln+ revenue stream
  • Achievement of YoY growth >30%
  • Personal deals 1 mln usd+
  • Fluent English
  • Any additional European language is nice to have
  • Technical background is nice to have
  • Team-oriented approach. “One man show” is not something we are looking for.
  • Data-driven sales approach: CRM, analytics tools, etc.
  • Experience in Big4 or FMCG, Manufacturing or Telecommunication companies
