We are looking for strong individuals, able to work in a team and be self-organized at the same time. A key part of this role is being able to open doors for new sales opportunities and develop the business over the telephone and the meetings.

The role will include primarily looking for new partners, getting feedback from the market, building a customer base, making appointments with customers, making sales at the first point, and closing the deals. This will be best suited to a resilient personality with a genuine passion for new business development.

What you will need to do:

  • Support and development of new and existing B2B customers;
  • Looking for new partners in France;
  • Collecting and analyzing the feedback from the market;
  • Professional presentation of the product;
  • Closing the sales deals;
  • Reaching the sales targets;
  • Supporting the wider needs of the business development as required;
  • Participation in international exhibitions: preparation for the exhibition, work at the stand, product presentation;
  • Fulfillment of sales plans;
  • Market research and help them to promote products;
  • Participation in the client’s business: analysis of its competitors;
  • Collection and analysis of customer feedback;
  • Weekly and monthly reports

What you need to know and be able to:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Alarm Systems, video surveillance, security, telecommunications, and other related areas;
  • Results-oriented individual showing initiative and responsibility for own results;
  • Skilled negotiator: strong communication skills both on the phone and face to face;
  • Great business sense;
  • Deep understanding of industry standards, channels and sectors;
  • Initiative, Honesty and Integrity
